Holy Mackeral, I'm not dead!

Yep, I'm still clinging on for dear life with all my strength, although Life keeps on chucking very large and heavy objects at me in an attempt to knock me down. Cryface.

Our apartment is no longer a secure living arrangement since Fran is now being late with the rent monies due and makes us very vulnerable to being evicted. If we do get evicted due to her not having her money, then we're gonna say thanks bitch, now -you- pay for all the rent by yourself. I'm not paying for her bad. We already paid for ours.

Also, we have been living without electricity for about....I think a week now? It really wouldn't be bad at all if we had a barbeque grill to cook on....No need for air conditioning with the fresh, newly cool weather, and we have candles to light the house at night. We don't have hot water anymore which sucks, but it's do-able. And we've been keeping our refrigerated goods at my parents house, and using their kitchen and bathroom to cook and shower when necessary. I think we could get in trouble for not having electricity at the apartment though, there may be some sort of regulation. Oh wells. Nothing I can do about it right now, especially since Fran isn't going to have her part for awhile, and no way I'm giving her $200 to do whatever with. Plus she owes us $205 as of today for the rent monies.

Anyway.....on to even MORE drama....It's very shocking though! Lots of excitement, except not exactly the good kind. Actually, I wonder if it's even a good idea to talk about it on here.....well, how about this. If you want to know, and you know you do, you can reach me personally. Yes, my phones aren't working right now, but you can call my parents house after 8:30 and before 9:30pm, and theres a good chance you'll find me.

Ok, now for a glimmer of hope at the end of the bad-luck tunnel! Apparently all these houses that are being foreclosed on give people without enough money for a downpayment some good chances of getting a house. A mortgage payment is like$700-$900 for a decent house every month, and thats way less than an apartment costs. These foreclosure houses need people to take over their payments, and they don't do credit or background checks usually, and there are no downpayments.

Basically I get a house for the same or cheaper than an apartment, and the title and deed are actually in my name and everything. So then all we would have to do to make it even cheaper is get a roommate for awhile and charge a deposit, which we can use to get the electricity deposit and such in the new place, and charge up to like $400 a month for the rent, which is also cheaper than apartments, and its way nicer too. And we have a yard for Cocoa to run in and eventually, unless the house is really that nice, we can sell it and make a nice profit and buy another house or build one somewhere else. It's very exciting to think that we could be getting a nice big house to ourselves! No landlords to tell us what to do or anything.......and we might get to be landlords ourselves!
